By using the BCUK Bot Discord bot or this web dashboard, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the bot or the dashboard.

BCUK Bot is a community Discord bot with a companion web dashboard. Depending on what's enabled on your server, it can run chat commands, play sound effects (SFX), post stream notifications, drive a stream overlay, and integrate with a Stream Deck or the desktop companion app.

The service is provided for the benefit of the Discord communities that use it, on a best-effort basis, free of charge.

Don't use the bot or dashboard to abuse, spam, or disrupt a Discord server, or to upload or trigger sound effects, custom commands, or other content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or that you don't have permission to use.

You're responsible for any content you add through custom commands, SFX uploads, or overlay/alert images, sounds, and videos. Server admins and bot moderators may remove content or restrict access at their discretion.

You sign in to the dashboard with your Discord account. What you can see and do is controlled by an access level set by the server's admins for each Discord server the bot is in. Access to the bot, the dashboard, or both may be changed or revoked at any time, for any reason, by a server admin or bot owner.

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uptime, and features may change, break, or be removed without notice. We're not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the bot or dashboard.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the bot or dashboard after an update means you accept the revised terms.
