Terms of Service
Last updated: 12 October 2026
By using the BCUK Bot Discord bot, its Twitch chat bot, or this web dashboard, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the bot or the dashboard.
BCUK Bot is a community Discord bot and Twitch chat bot with a companion web dashboard. Depending
on what's enabled on your server or channel, it can run chat commands and timed messages, play
sound effects (SFX), track counters, post stream notifications, react to Twitch follows, subs,
raids and channel-point redemptions (including dynamic reward pricing), run a Loyalty Points
viewer currency with a !gamble chat game, drive a stream overlay, and integrate
with a Stream Deck or the desktop companion app.
The service is provided for the benefit of the Discord communities that use it, on a best-effort basis, free of charge.
Don't use the bot or dashboard to abuse, spam, or disrupt a Discord server or Twitch channel, or to upload or trigger sound effects, custom commands, or other content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or that you don't have permission to use.
You're responsible for any content you add through custom commands, timers, SFX uploads, or overlay/alert images, sounds, and videos. Server admins and bot moderators may remove content or restrict access at their discretion.
Loyalty Points is an opt-in virtual currency a streamer enables for their own Twitch channel,
earned by chatting and from subs, resubs, and gift subs. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be purchased or cashed
out, and aren't redeemable for cash, cryptocurrency, or goods. The !gamble command
risks Loyalty Points only — never real money — and is for entertainment purposes. A streamer or
bot owner may reset, adjust, or remove Loyalty Points balances on their channel at their
discretion.
You sign in to the dashboard with your Discord account, or with a passkey you've added to it. What you can see and do is controlled by an access level set by the server's admins for each Discord server the bot is in. If your Twitch channel is linked, you can also manage the commands and timers on your own channel.
Access to the bot, the dashboard, or both may be changed or revoked at any time, for any reason, by a server admin or bot owner.
Keep your Discord account, passkeys, Streamdeck API key, and companion app token secure. You're responsible for what's done with them. If you think a passkey, Streamdeck API key, or companion app token has been exposed, remove or revoke it from the dashboard. If your Discord account is compromised, secure it through Discord (for example, reset your password and review your authorized apps).
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uptime, and features may change, break, or be removed without notice. We're not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the bot or dashboard.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the bot or dashboard after an update means you accept the revised terms.
See our Privacy & Cookies page for details on what data we collect and how it's used.
If you have questions about these terms, contact a server administrator.
